Instructions:
I recommend you use a pinky-nail size amount to cover an area such as your hands. This salve is able to be used by most of my current clients all over their body. HOWEVER, Please spot test on sensitive skin or skin with chronic irritation such as eczema or psoriasis. Though this recipe is made with sensitive skin in mind, all bodies are different. No H+V products are intended to cure or prescribe so please be mindful.
