The I Love Me scrub is an imagining of the I Love Me ritual bath originally from Kenita of Earthshine Apothecary in Takoma, WA. 

How to Use:

1. Prepare your blend - either include in a muslin bag for a spiritual bath or grab a small utensile to scoop the scrub 

2. Warm Water - let the warm water fill the tub or heat the shower

3. Steep (if applicable) - steep the muslin bag for 5-10 min in the bath, releasing more herbal essence 

4. Set Your Intentions - breath deeply and say to yourself, “I honor and embrace my divine beauty and worth,” or use words to empower and affirm your self-love

5. After-Bath care - pay your skin dry, dispose of the herbs and if you used a muslin bag- rinse it clean for reuse
